摘要:
某选煤厂主洗车间经年处理120万吨设备改造后,引发了离心机与振动筛所在楼板的过大竖向振动反应。分别对标高5.3 m及标高13.8m楼板振动响应进行了测试,得到了振动设备的扰频、测点的竖向振动响应信号曲线及位移振幅值。经分析指出梁板体系竖向刚度相对较弱及强迫共振是导致楼面较大振动响应的根本原因,讨论了已有加固措施的不足之处,提出新的减振加固思路。

Abstract:
In some coal preparation plant main workshop, 1.2 million tons equipment reformation was completed,The excessive vibration behavior of beam-plates system caused by equipment reformation were tested. The disturbing frequency of vibrating equipment and response of floor vibration were obtained. According to the spot test results,the main cause of excessive vibration of floor is forced resonance, in addition, relatively small vertical stiffness of floor is a reason. The shortcoming of existing strengthening measures was analysis, and then the new vibration reduction treatment scheme was proposed.
